HVAC SYSTEM SERVICE SPECIFICATIONS

Application Specification
Accumulator Replacement (1) 2 ozs.
Compressor Replacement (2) (3) 2 ozs.
Condenser Replacement (3) 1 oz.
Evaporator Replacement (Front Or Rear) (3) 3 ozs.
Total System PAG Oil Capacity
With Rear A/C 11 ozs.
Without Rear A/C 8 ozs.
R-134a Refrigerant Charge
Standard 2.0 lbs.
With Rear A/C 3.0 lbs.
(1) Add PAG oil equal to amount of oil drained from component plus the specified additional amount. PAG Oil GM P/N 12378526 for U.S. & GM P/N 88900060 for Canada.
(2) The Denso service compressor is precharged with 8.0 ozs. PAG oil.
(3) If more than the specified amount of PAG oil was drained from a component, add the equal amount of oil drained.
