Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2006 Pontiac Montana SV6, 2006 Chevrolet Uplander, and 2006 Buick Terraza. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

  1. Align the module with the seat base and connect the electrical connectors to the module.

    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the module bracket and secure with fasteners.

    Tighten:  Tighten the fasteners to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

  4. Test the module for proper operation.
  5. Install the upper seat trim. Refer to Trim Replacement - Sit-N-Lift Upper .
