Installation Procedure

With the throttle valve closed, install the TP sensor on the throttle shaft.
Rotate the TP sensor counterclockwise in order to align the mounting holes.

NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
Install the TP sensor mounting bolts.
Tighten: Tighten the bolts to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

Connect the TP sensor harness connector.
Install the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement in Interior Trim.
