Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the fuel tank from the vehicle.
2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the fuel tank pressure sensor.
3. Remove the two fasteners (1).
4. Remove the fuel tank pressure sensor (2).

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the fuel tank pressure sensor (2) with a new O-ring seal (3) to the fuel tank.
2. Secure the fuel tank pressure sensor with the two fasteners (1).

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten
Tighten the fasteners to 3.5 N.m (30 lb in).

3. Connect the electrical connector to the fuel tank pressure sensor.
4. Install the fuel tank.
