Transmission Control Module (TCM) Replacement

Removal Procedure
1. Remove the electronic control module (ECM).
2. Remove the mounting bolts for the transmission control module (TCM).
3. Disconnect the electrical connector.
4. Remove the TCM.

Installation Procedure
1. Reconnect the electrical connector.
2. Position the TCM in the mounting bracket.

Notice: Install the mounting bolts.

3. Tighten the mounting bolts to 2.0 Nm (17 lb in).
4. Install the electronic control module (ECM).
