Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) upper trim. Refer to Upper Trim Pad, Outer Trim Cover, Fuse Block Access Cover Replacement - Instrument Panel in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.

  2. Disengage the retaining tabs in order to remove the door lock receiver from the I/P upper trim.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the door lock receiver.
