Accelerator Pedal with Position Sensor Replacement: Removal

  1. Turn the ignition switch to the off position.
  2. Disconnect the Electronic Throttle Control (ETC) connector from the accelerator pedal.
  3. Remove the 3 accelerator pedal retaining nuts.
  4. Remove the accelerator pedal.
