Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the battery. Refer to Battery Replacement .
    2. Fig 1: Identifying ECM, Bracket And Bolts

  2. Disconnect the engine control module (ECM) connectors.
  3. Remove the ECM from the bracket.
  4. Remove the ECM bracket if necessary.
