Installation Procedure

  1. Install the crankshaft position sensor.
  2. CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  3. Install the crankshaft position sensor bolt and tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  5. Connect the engine wiring harness electrical connector (3) to the CKP sensor (4).
  6. Install the exhaust manifold lower heat shield. Refer to Exhaust Manifold Lower Heat Shield Replacement .
