Installation Procedure

- Install the radiator (1) to the vehicle.
- Install the radiator upper support brackets (2).
- Install the radiator upper support bracket bolts (1) and tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
- Install the radiator outlet hose. Refer to Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (LFX)
- Install the radiator inlet hose. Refer to Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (LFX)
- Install the air conditioning condenser. Refer to Air Conditioning Condenser Replacement
- Install the radiator air side baffels. Refer to Radiator Air Side Baffle Replacement - Left Side , and Radiator Air Side Baffle Replacement - Right Side
- Install the radiator air side seal. Refer to Radiator Air Seal Replacement
- Install the radiator air lower seal. Refer to Radiator Air Lower Seal Replacement
- Install the radiator air upper seal. Refer to Radiator Air Upper Seal Replacement
- Install the cooling fan and shroud. Refer to Cooling Fan and Shroud Replacement
- Install the primary latch bracket. Refer to Hood Primary Latch Bracket Replacement
- Install the front compartment front sight shield. Refer to Front Compartment Front Sight Shield Replacement
- Install the front bumper facia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement
- Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716) Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill) .
