Setup for Component Replacement

The replacement of some components will require a setup procedure for complete repair.

If any of the following components are replaced, the corresponding procedure must be performed.

Steering Angle Sensor 

Calibrate the steering angle sensor. Refer to Steering Angle Sensor Centering .

Multi-Axis Acceleration Sensor 

NOTE: The Multi-axis Acceleration Sensor is also known as the Inertia Sensor Module (IMU) in SPS. The sensor must be configured using SPS before the vehicle yaw sensor learn is performed with the scan tool.

Calibrate the multi-axis acceleration sensor module. Refer to Multi-Axis Acceleration Sensor Module Programming and Setup .

Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Assembly 

Calibrate the brake pressure sensor. Refer to Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Pressure Sensor Calibration .
