Installation Procedure

    Fig 1: Engine Ground Strap Bolt And Terminal At Engine Block

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  1. Install the engine ground strap terminal (2) to the engine block and tighten bolt (1) to 22 N.m (16 lb ft).
    2. Fig 2: Engine Ground Strap Bolt And Terminal

  2. Install the engine ground strap terminal (2) to the wheelhouse panel and tighten bolt (1) to 22 N.m (16 lb ft).
  3. Install the front wheelhouse liner. Refer to Front Wheelhouse Front Liner Replacement .
