Installation Procedure

  1. Install the wheel speed sensor (3) to the knuckle.
    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Install the wheel speed sensor to knuckle retaining bolt (2) and tighten to 8.5 N.m (75 lb in).
  3. Install the wheel speed sensor harness to the retaining clip (1).

  4. Attach the wheel speed sensor harness to the rear axle mounted bracket (1).

  5. Attach the wheel speed sensor harness to from the body frame mounted bracket (2).
  6. Connect the wheel speed sensor electrical connector (1).
  7. Install the tire and wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .
  8. Lower the vehicle.
