Preliminary Procedure Remove the rear bumper fascia. Refer to Rear Bumper Fascia Replacement . Place the rear bumper fascia face down on a clean protected surface.
1	Liftgate Release Switch Procedure Depress the retainers (arrows) on the back side of the switch and push the switch out from the rear bumper fascia.
