Installation Procedure

  1. Install the ECM module (2) into the ECM module bracket.

  2. Attach the ECM module bracket retainers (3) to the battery tray (2).

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  3. Install the ECM module bracket to the heater coolant heater bracket with the fastener (1) and retaining tab (2). Tighten the fastener (1) to 9 (80 lb in).

  4. Install the ECM connectors (1) to the ECM module (2).
  5. Connect the battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
