Fuel Injector Replacement

If a fuel injector needs to be replaced, the following procedure must be performed:

NOTE: When installing a new fuel injector, ensure that the IQA data number (1) is programmed to the correct cylinder.

With a scan tool installed, enter the vehicle information and select the following options:
- Engine Control Module
- Configuration/Reset Functions
- Injector Flow Rate Programming
- Cylinder 1-4 Injector Flow Identifier
Record all flow rate numbers from replaced fuel injectors to the corresponding cylinders.
Clear DTCs after completing the programming procedure.
