Installation Procedure

Install the battery current sensor (2) onto the battery negative cable (1) as shown.

Install the battery negative cable (2) to the frame rail and tighten the fastener (1) to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
Connect the body harness connector (1) to the battery current sensor and install the battery current sensor to the battery tray.

Connect the battery negative cable to the battery. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
Insert the ignition key and turn the ignition to the ON position.
Program all of the customer's radio station presets and set the radio clock to the current time.
