Installation Procedure

Install the battery current sensor (2) onto the battery negative cable (1) as shown.

Install the battery negative cable (2) to the frame rail and tighten the battery negative ground cable fastener (3) to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
Connect the body harness connector (1) to the battery current sensor (2).
Install the battery tray. Refer to Battery Tray Replacement .
Install the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement .
Install the battery. Refer to Battery Replacement .
