Preliminary Procedure Heater and Air Conditioning Control Bracket Replacement
1	Mode Control Cam Procedures Inspect the mode control cam and replace as necessary. Reassemble the cam, levers and links and position as shown above. For proper alignment of the mode control cam, the levers and the link studs should align with the round windows on the cam indicated by the arrows.
2	Defroster Valve Lever Procedure Inspect the defroster valve lever and replace as necessary.
3	Vent Valve Lever Procedure Inspect the vent valve lever and replace as necessary.
4	Floor Valve lever Procedure Inspect the floor valve lever and replace as necessary.
5	Mode Valve Link Fastener CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 1.5 N.m (13 lb in)
6	Mode Valve Link Procedure Inspect the mode valve link and replace as necessary.
