Installation Procedure

NOTE:

Clean any existing corrosion from the battery terminal and the battery cable end.

CAUTION:

Install the battery negative ground cable bolt (1) and tighten to 22 N.m (16 lb ft).
Connect Electrical Connector (3)
Connect the battery negative pole clamp.
Tighten the battery negative pole clamp nut (4) to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
Install Rear Compartment Floor Panel Trim Rear Compartment Floor Panel Trim Replacement
Insert the ignition key and turn the ignition to the ON position.
Program all of the customer's radio station presets and set the radio clock to the current time.
