Installation Procedure

  1. Clean the intake manifold mating surfaces (2).
    2. Fig 1: Gasket And Intake Manifold

  2. Install the NEW gasket (1).
    3. Fig 2: Throttle Body, Electrical Connector And Bolts

  3. Install Throttle Body (3)
    4. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution

  4. Install and tighten Bolts (1) (Qty: 4) @ Throttle Body to 10 N.m (89 lb in)
  5. Connect Electrical Connector (2) @ Throttle Body
  6. Install Air Cleaner Outlet Duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement 
  7. Install Dash Upper Extension Panel Opening Cover. Refer to Dash Upper Extension Panel Opening Cover Replacement
  8. Enable High Voltage System. Refer to High Voltage Enabling
  9. Perform the throttle learn procedure. Refer to Throttle or Idle Learn
