Installation Procedure

  1. Install Accessory DC Power Control Module (1)
    2. Fig 2: Engine Wiring Harness Brackets

  2. Install Engine Wiring Harness Brackets (1) (Qty: 2)

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  3. Install Accessory DC Power Control Module Bolts (1) (Qty: 2) and tighten to 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
  4. Install Accessory DC Power Control Module Stud (2) and tighten to 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

  5. Install Battery Negative Cable Extension Cable & Battery Positive Cable
  6. Install and tighten Battery Positive Cable and Nut (2) to 15 N.m (11 lb ft)
  7. Install Battery Positive Cable Protector (3)
  8. Install and tighten Battery Negative Cable Extension Cable Fastener (1) to 15 N.m (11 lb ft)

  9. Install the Electric Differential Drive Motor Power Inverter Module Cooling Hose (3) and Engage the Clamp (1)
  10. Install the Drive Motor Generator Control Module Cooling Outlet Hose (2) and Engage the Clamp (1)

  11. Connect Low Voltage connection connector (1) @ Accessory DC Power Control Module

  12. Connect Auxiliary Power Module Connector (1)

  13. Install Accessory DC Power Control Module High Voltage Connector Protector (5)
  14. Install Accessory DC Power Control Module High Voltage Connector Protector Bolt (4) and tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb in)
  15. Install Accessory DC Power Control Module High Voltage Connector Protector Bolt (3) and tighten to 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
  16. Install Accessory DC Power Control Module High Voltage Connector Protector Nut (2) and tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb in)
  17. Install the battery to battery positive cable retainers.
  18. Fill the drive motor generator power inverter module cooling system. Refer to Drive Motor Generator Power Inverter Module Cooling System Draining and Filling
  19. Enable the high voltage system. Refer to High Voltage Enabling
