Installation Procedure

Fig 1: Battery Tray Replacement Components With Torque Specifications (1 Of 2)

  1. Battery Tray (3) - Install
    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Battery Tray Bolt (2) - Install [3x] 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
  3. Battery Tray Bolt (1) - Install [2x] 10 N.m (89 lb in)

  4. Fuse and Relay Bracket - Install
  5. Install the fuse and relay bracket lower nuts to the front of the battery tray.
  6. Fuse and Relay Bracket Upper Bolt (1) - Install
  7. Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement - Install
  8. Battery Replacement  - Install
