Removal Procedure

    Fig 1: Instrument Panel Fuse Block Access Hole Cover

  1. Remove Instrument Panel Fuse Block Access Hole Cover (1)
  2. Fig 2: Front Floor Console Extension Panel

  3. Remove the bolt (1).
  4. Release the 5 retaining tabs (2).
  5. Remove the left and right front floor console extension panel (3).

  7. Remove the left and right instrument panel fuse block access cover frame (1).

  9. Remove the bolt (1).
  10. Remove the 4 retaining clips (2).
  11. Remove the instrument panel lower trim panel insulator (3).

  13. Remove Instrument Panel Lower Airbag Nuts (1)
  14. Remove Instrument Panel Lower Airbag - Passenger Side (2)
  15. Disconnect the electrical connector.

  17. Remove Instrument Panel Outer Trim Cover - Right (2)
  18. Unlock the retaining tabs (1).

  20. Remove Instrument Panel Compartment Bolts (1) (Qty: 5)
  21. Remove Instrument Panel Compartment (2)
  22. Disconnect the electrical connector.

  24. Remove Human Machine Interface Control Module Bracket Bolt (1) @ Human Machine Interface Control Module Bracket (2)
  25. Disconnect the electrical connector.

  27. Remove Human Machine Interface Control Module Bracket Bolt (1) @ Human Machine Interface Control Module Bracket (2)

  30. Transfer components as necessary.
