Installation Procedure

    Fig 1: Throttle Body Assembly Bolts And Seal

  1. Install a NEW throttle body assembly seal.(3)
  2. Install Throttle Body Assembly (2)
    3. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  3. Install Throttle Body Assembly Bolt (1) and tighten 10 N.m (89 lb in)
  4. Connect Electrical Connector (4)
  5. Install Wiring Harness (5)
  6. Install Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose Replacement 
  7. Install Engine Sight Shield Replacement
