Installation Procedure

    Fig 1: Vacuum Pump Seal

  1. Install NEW Vacuum Pump Seal (1)
    2. NOTE:

    Ensure all passages of the vacuum pump are clean and free of debris prior to installation.

  2. Install Install Vacuum Pump (2)

  3. Install Vacuum Pump Bolt (3) & Retainer (2) @Vacuum Pump (1)
    4. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  4. Vacuum Pump Bolt - Tighten 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
  5. Install Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose Replacement 
  6. Connect Power Brake Booster Vacuum Pipe Replacement (1.4L LE2)
