Installation Procedure

  1. Install Evaporative Emission Front Pipe@Vehicle
    2. Fig 1: Evaporative Emission Front Pipe

  2. Remove the EN-6015  plugs from all connections.
  3. Connect Evaporative Emission Front Pipe (2) @Evaporative Emission Canister Purge Pipe (1) Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

  4. Install Evaporative Emission Front Pipe (1) @Retainer Clip (2)
  5. Close Retainer Clip (2)

  6. Install Evaporative Emission Front Pipe (2) @Bulkhead Clip (1)
  7. Close Bulkhead Clip (1)

  8. Install Evaporative Emission Front Pipe (1) @Bulkhead Clip (2)
  9. Close Bulkhead Clip (2)
  10. Lower the vehicle.

  11. Install Evaporative Emission Front Pipe (2) @Bulkhead Clip (1)
  12. Close Bulkhead Clip (1)
  13. Remove the EN-6015  plugs from all connections.
  14. Connect Evaporative Emission Front Pipe (2) @Evaporative Emission Canister Purge Solenoid Valve Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  15. Install the engine sight shield. Engine Sight Shield Replacement
  16. Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
