Installation Procedure

    Fig 1: Fuel Feed Front Pipe

  1. Remove the special tool: EN-6015  plugs
  2. Connect Fuel Feed Front Pipe (2)@Fuel Feed Pipe(1) Metal Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

  3. Remove the special tool: EN-6015  plugs
  4. Connect Fuel Feed Front Pipe (1)@Fuel Pump(2) Metal Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
    5. Fig 3: Fuel Pump Insulator

  5. Install Fuel Pump Insulator (3)@Fuel Pump(1)
  6. Connect the electrical connector.(2)

  7. Install Engine Wiring Harness Bracket (2)
    8. CAUTION:

    Fastener Caution

  8. Install Engine Wiring Harness Bracket Bolt (1) and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
  9. Install Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose Replacement 
  10. Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
  11. Start the engine and check for fuel leaks.
