Installation Procedure

  1. Install Exhaust Gas Recirculation Pipe Gasket

    NOTE:

    Install a NEW gasket.

  2. Install Exhaust Gas Recirculation Pipe Seal
    NOTE:

    Install a NEW seal.

  3. Install Exhaust Gas Recirculation Pipe
  4. Install Exhaust Gas Recirculation Pipe Bolt [2x] and tighten 10 N.m.(89 lb in)

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  5. Install Exhaust Gas Recirculation Pipe Bolt and tighten 25 N.m. (18 lb ft)
  6. Install Engine Cover Refer to Engine Cover Replacement
