Installation Procedure

  1. Accessory DC Power Control Module (3) - Install

  2. Accessory DC Power Control Module Bolt (2) - Install and tighten [2x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)
    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution
  3. Accessory DC Power Control Module Nut (1) - Install and tighten [2x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)
  4. High Voltage Electrical Connector (1) - Connect

  5. Electrical Connector (2) - Connect
  6. Install the retainers. (3)
  7. Battery Positive Junction Block Cable (3) - Install

  8. Battery Positive Junction Block Cable Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
  9. Retainer (2) - Engage
  10. Drive Motor Battery Impact Absorber (4) - Install
  11. Drive Motor Generator Control Module Tray (2) - Install Drive Motor Generator Control Module Tray Replacement

  12. Enable the high voltage system. Refer to High Voltage Enabling
