Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the battery. Battery Replacement
  2. Remove the generator control module. Generator Control Module Replacement 
  3. Remove the air cleaner assembly. Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement

  4. Retainer 1 -Disengage

  7. Accessory DC Power Control Module Bolt 1 -Remove
  8. Accessory DC Power Control Module Nut 2 -Remove
  9. Accessory DC Power Control Module Nut 3 -Remove
  10. Accessory DC Power Control Module Tray 5 -Remove
  11. If replacing the accessory DC power control module tray, transfer the battery negative cable extension cable straps (4) to the new tray.
