Removal Procedure

  1. Disable the high voltage system. High Voltage Disabling

  2. Front End Sheet Metal Diagonal Brace Bolt 1 -Remove
  3. Retainer Clip 2 -Disengage
  4. Front End Sheet Metal Diagonal Brace 3 -Remove

  5. High Voltage Battery Pack Positive Cable Connector 2 -Disconnect
  6. Starter Generator High Voltage Cable Connector 3 -Disconnect
  7. Electrical Connector 4 -Disconnect
  8. Ground Terminal Fastener 1 -Remove

  9. Fuse Block Cover 1 -Remove
  10. Battery Positive Junction Block Cable Nut 2 -Remove
  11. Battery Distribution Engine Compartment Fuse Block Nut 3 -Remove
  12. Battery Positive Junction Block Cable 4 -Remove
