Installation Procedure

Install the rear wheel speed sensor (2) to the rear brake backing plate spacer.

Install the rear wheel speed sensor bolt and tighten to 8 N.m (71 lb in).
CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
Connect the rear wheel speed sensor electrical connector (1) to the body wiring harness.

Attach the rear wheel speed sensor harness to the rear axle mounted bracket (2).

Attach the rear wheel speed sensor harness to the body frame mounted bracket (1).
Install the tire and wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .
Lower the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
