Installation Procedure

  1. GM4704301

    Fuel Tank Filler Pipe(1) - Install

  2. GM4704300
    CAUTION:

    Fastener Caution

    Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Ground Bolt(1) - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

  3. GM4704299

    Fuel Tank Filler Vent Pipe(2)@Fuel Tank Vent Pipe(1) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .

  4. Fuel Tank Filler Hose(3)@Fuel Tank - Connect
  5. Fuel Tank Filler Hose Clamp(4) - Tighten 3.5 N.m (31 lb in)
  6. GM4704298

    Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Bracket Bolt(1) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)

  7. Rear Wheelhouse Liner - Right Side - Install - Rear Wheelhouse Liner Replacement
  8. Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
