Installation Procedure
Vacuum Pump Seal(1) - Install a NEW gasket.
- Vacuum Pump(2) - Install
Vacuum Pump Bolt(3) & Retainer(2)@Vacuum Pump(1) - Install[3x]
- Vacuum Pump Bolt - Tighten25 N.m (18 lb ft) [3x]
- Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose Replacement - Install
- Power Brake Booster Vacuum Pipe Replacement (1.4L LE2)Power Brake Booster Vacuum Pipe Replacement (1.6L Diesel LH7) - Connect
NOTE:
Ensure all passages of the vacuum pump are clean and free of debris prior to installation.
