Installation Procedure

  1. GM4727304

    Remove the special tool: EN-6015  plugs

  2. Fuel Feed Front Pipe(2)@Fuel Feed Pipe(1) - Connect - Metal Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  3. GM4230926

    Remove the special tool: EN-6015  plugs

  4. Fuel Feed Front Pipe(1)@Fuel Pump(2) - Connect - Metal Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  5. GM3824664

    Fuel Pump Insulator(3)@Fuel Pump(1) - Install

  6. Connect the electrical connector.(2)
  7. GM4675039

    Engine Wiring Harness Bracket - (2)Install

    8. CAUTION:

    Fastener Caution

  8. Engine Wiring Harness Bracket Bolt(1) - Install and tighten[2x] 9 N.m (80 lb in)
  9. Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose - Install - Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose Replacement 
  10. Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
  11. Start the engine and check for fuel leaks.
