Forward Collision Alert Switch

- Ignition OFF, disconnect the harness connector at the S70L Steering Wheel Controls Switch - Left.
- Test for 7.0 k - 10.5 kΩ between the control terminal 8 and the signal circuit terminal 9.
- If not between 7.0 k - 10.5 kΩ
Replace the S70L Steering Wheel Controls Switch - Left.
- If between 7.0 k - 10.5 kΩ
- If not between 7.0 k - 10.5 kΩ
- Test for 2.1 k - 3.1 kΩ between the control terminal 8 and the signal circuit terminal 9 while pressing the switch.
- If not between 2.1 k - 3.1 kΩ
Replace the S70L Steering Wheel Controls Switch - Left.
- If between 2.1 k - 3.1 kΩ
- If not between 2.1 k - 3.1 kΩ
- All OK.
