Circuit/System Testing
- Verify that the SIM card present is correct for the original unit and has not been swapped from another telematics communication interface control module.
- Ignition ON, use the scan tool to request DTCs. Verify that DTC B1021 is set as current.
- If DTC B1021 is history, clear the DTC.
- If DTC B1021 is current replace the telematics communication interface control module.
