Installation Procedure

CAUTION:

Generator Mounting Stud (3) Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)
Generator Mounting Nut (2) Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft) 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
Generator Bolt (1) Install and tighten [2X] 22 N.m (16 lb ft) 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

Electrical Connector (4) - Connect
Battery Positive Cable (2) - Install
Battery Positive Cable Nut (2) - Install and tighten 17 N.m (13 lb ft)
Generator Terminal Protective Boot (1) - Install
Drive Belt - Install Drive Belt Replacement
Front Wheel Drive Shaft-Right Side - Front Wheel Drive Shaft Replacement - Right Side (AWD)Front Wheel Drive Shaft Replacement - Right Side (FWD)
Front Compartment Front Center Insulator - Install Front Compartment Front Center Insulator Replacement
Lower the vehicle.
Connect the negative battery cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (without KL9) Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (with KL9)
