Installation Procedure
- NOTE:
Clean any existing corrosion from the battery terminal and the battery cable end.
Battery Negative Cable(2) - Install
- Install the battery negative ground cable bolt (1) and tighten to 22 N. m (16 lb ft).
- Electrical Connector(3) - Connect
- Connect the battery negative pole clamp.
- Tighten the battery negative pole clamp nut (4) to 9 N. m 80 lb in).
- Rear Compartment Floor Panel Trim Replacement - Install
- Insert the ignition key and turn the ignition to the ON position.
- Program all of the customer's radio station presets and set the radio clock to the current time.
