Installation Procedure
Generator (3) - Install
- Generator Mounting Stud (1) - Install and tighten [ 2x ] 9 N.m (80 lb in)
- Generator Mounting Nut (2) - Install and tighten [ 2x ] 58 N.m (43 lb ft)
Electrical Connector (1) - Connect
Battery Positive Cable (2) - Install
- Generator Fastener (1) - Install and tighten 15 N.m (11 lb ft)
- Belt Idler Pulley - Install - Belt Idler Pulley Replacement
- Install the intake manifold cover. Intake Manifold Cover Replacement
- Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (KL9)
