Circuit/System Verification

- Ignition - On / Vehicle - In Service Mode
- Engage the child door locks by pressing the child lock switch on the S79D Front Side Door Window Control Switch-Driver
Verify the correct operation:
- Interior Door Handle @ Left Rear Door=Disabled
- Interior Door Handle @ Right Rear Door=Disabled
- If the component does not work as specified
Refer to: Circuit/System Testing
- Go to next step: If the component works as specified
- Disengage the child door locks by pressing the child lock switch on the S79D Front Side Door Window Control Switch-Driver
Verify the correct operation:
- Interior Door Handle @ Left Rear Door=Enabled
- Interior Door Handle @ Right Rear Door=Enabled
- If the component does not work as specified

- Go to next step: If the component works as specified
- A fault that is not currently present may have been caused by a intermittent condition.
