Installation Procedure

    Install a NEW vacuum pump gasket (1).

    2. NOTE:

    Ensure all passages of the vacuum pump are clean and free of all debris prior to installation.

  2. Install the vacuum pump (2).

    Install the vacuum pump bolt retainer (2).

    4. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  4. Install the vacuum pump bolts (3) and tighten. Vacuum Pump Installation
  5. Radiator Surge Tank - Install - Radiator Surge Tank Replacement
  6. Power Brake Booster Vacuum Hose - Connect - Power Brake Booster Vacuum Hose Replacement
  7. Charge Air Cooler Outlet Hose - Install - Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose Replacement
