Removal Procedure

Open the liftgate.

Liftgate Lower Trim Finish Panel Bolt (1) - Remove
With a flat bladed plastic trim tool, remove the liftgate trim finish panel pull cup (2).

Release the retainers with a suitable plastic trim tool.
Liftgate Upper Center Trim Finish Panel (1) - Remove

Release the retainers with a suitable plastic trim tool.
Liftgate Upper Side Trim Finish Panel - Left Side and Right Side (1) - Remove [2x]

Release the retainers with a suitable plastic trim tool.
Liftgate Lower Trim Finish Panel (1) - Remove
Disconnect the electrical connector.

Release the retaining tabs.
Liftgate Close Switch (1) - Remove
