Using DRB-II

  1. Attach DRB-II Tester (C-4805) to self-test connector. Connector is located in engine compartment near left shock tower.
  2. Start engine (if possible). Move transmission shift lever through all positions, ending in Park. Turn A/C switch on, then off (if equipped).
  3. Turn engine off. Without starting engine again, turn ignition on. Enter vehicle model year and engine size. Read fault data on DRB-II. Refer to FAULT CODES in this article.
