Servo Unit

  1. Turn ignition and cruise control switch to ON position. Disconnect 4-wire servo connector. See Fig 1 . Connect voltmeter to pin No. 2 of main harness connector. Voltmeter should read battery voltage. If not, check for loose connections or wiring harness.

  2. Connect jumper wire between male and female terminals of pin No. 2. Check voltage to the other 3 male terminals from servo. Voltmeter should read battery voltage at all terminals. If not, replace servo.
  3. Using an ohmmeter, connect one lead to ground. Connect other lead to pin No. 1 of wire harness connector. Ohmmeter should read continuity. If no continuity is present, repair ground circuit.
