Seats - Power W/Memory: Operation: Notes

The memory seat allows driver to set and retain 2 seat and 2 recline positions. The system uses sensors (potentiometers) to determine seat position. The driver can recall a seat position from memory, as long as vehicle is not moving and seat belt is unbuckled. The power mirror uses rheostats to send positioning information back to the driver's seat control module. Self-tests are built-in to check component function.
