Test 29A - Left Brake Lamp Out

NOTE: For connector terminal identification, see CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION  . For wiring diagram, see WIRING DIAGRAMS  . Perform TEST VER-1 after each repair.
CAUTION: Always turn ignition switch to OFF position prior to disconnecting or connecting any module connector.

Disconnect lamp outage module 14-pin connector. Check, clean and repair connections as needed. Put DRB in voltmeter mode. Measure voltage at lamp outage module 14-pin connector terminal No. 2 (White/Tan wire). Press brake pedal, if voltage is more than 10 volts, replace lamp outage module. If voltage is less than 10 volts, repair open White/Tan wire between lamp outage module connector and left brake lamp switch connector.
