Before trouble shooting remote keyless entry system, ensure power door locks operate from door lock/unlock switches. If door locks do not operate from door lock switches, check lock/unlock switches, BCM and door lock/unlock latches. See DOOR LOCKS & TRUNK RELEASE - POWER
