Battery Specifications
NOTE:
Battery is stored in a compartment behind the left front fender and is accessible by turning the steering wheel fully to the left and removing the inner fender shield (removal of tire and wheel is not required). Remote battery terminals are located in the engine compartment for jump starting.
WARNING:
When battery is disconnected, vehicles equipped with computers may lose memory data. When battery power is restored, driveability problems may exist on some vehicles. These vehicles may require a relearn procedure. See COMPUTER RELEARN PROCEDURES article in GENERAL INFORMATION section.
